Aceso Home Care is a Cheshire-based home care company, providing personal care and help with daily living across south and east Cheshire. Areas we cover include Nantwich, Crewe, Audlem, Middlewich, Winsford, Holmes Chapel, Sandbach, and Alsager.
Our home care services are for anyone who needs help to live independently in their own home, whatever their age or condition.
Building caring relationships, we give tailored support that removes practical difficulties and enriches lives.
We work directly with clients, as well as through the NHS and Cheshire East Council.

Whether you choose regular day time visits, overnight stays or full 24 hour live-in care, you’ll get one-to-one attention that keeps you safe and comfortable and helps you make the most of life. And your family can relax, confident you are in safe hands.
Flexible arrangements
You might be looking for short term help, or starting a long term care journey. If your needs change, we can adapt our arrangements to suit, increasing or decreasing the amount of time we spend with you.

Personalised care plans
We take time to get to know you, and to develop a care plan tailored to your needs. Your plan will include whatever is important to you. From personal care to mental stimulation, just tell us what you want and how you want it done.
Carefully-selected carers
Only people with the right personal qualities make it onto our care team – people who are sensitive, kind, and compassionate. Our recruitment process starts with background checks and an in-depth interview. There’s then a 12-week training and probationary period before we decide whether to make a permanent job offer.
Experienced management team
Carers are supported by our experienced management team, who provide ongoing training and support. The team includes a Registered Care Manager who is closely involved with front line staff and clients. You’re welcome to call us at any time, or pop into the office for a chat.
Local family-owned business
As a family-owned business based in Sandbach, we have no big company rules to follow or targets to meet. This means we can treat each customer as an individual, and you can be sure you will get the care that’s right for you.
