Dependable, kind and flexible – helping people stay living independently at home
Aceso Homecare is a local, independent home care provider supporting people across Cheshire East and the Staffordshire Moorlands
Across Cheshire East, we support communities including Sandbach, Alsager, Holmes Chapel, Crewe, Nantwich, Middlewich and surrounding areas.
Across the Staffordshire Moorlands, our local Cheadle team supports Cheadle, Tean, Alton, Kingsley, Waterhouses, Ipstones, Cheddleton, Leek and surrounding villages and communities.
We provide personalised care and practical support to help people remain safe, comfortable and independent in the home they love. Whether it’s a little help with everyday life, companionship, personal care or more specialist support, our care is built around each individual — their routines, their choices and the things that matter to them.
We believe great homecare is about more than completing a list of tasks. It’s about familiar faces, dependable visits and building genuine, caring relationships that give both our clients and their families confidence and peace of mind. We support private clients and families directly, as well as working with the NHS and local authorities.

Help to stay where you are happiest
With our home care services, you can stay at home in familiar surroundings. Rather than having to adapt to a care home environment, you will be able to see family and friends as you always have done, enjoy your pets and garden, and stay involved with the local community.
Flexible arrangements
You might be looking for short term help, or starting a long term care journey. If your needs change, we can adapt our arrangements to suit, increasing or decreasing the amount of time we spend with you.
Support for your all-round wellbeing
You’ll find your carers become welcome visitors, because they see you as an individual rather than just a list of care needs. They will be there for you whether you want a friend to share family news with or a shoulder to cry on, a conversation about the morning’s news, or help with a crossword clue.
Carefully-selected carers
Only people with the right personal qualities make it onto our care team – people who are sensitive, kind, and compassionate. Our recruitment process starts with background checks and an in-depth interview. There’s then a 12-week training and probationary period before we decide whether to make a permanent job offer.
Experienced management team
Carers are supported by our experienced management team, who provide ongoing training and support. The team includes a Registered Care Manager who is closely involved with front line staff and clients. You’re welcome to call us at any time, or pop into the office for a chat.

Local family-owned business
As a family-owned business based in Sandbach, we have no big company rules to follow or targets to meet. This means we can treat each customer as an individual, and you can be sure you will get the care that’s right for you.
